It was picked (actually, it detached itself) from the plant yesterday, not by me though. The plant was in the garden of my parents' house.
So here it is! It's so small it fits in my hand. The plant came from the pineapple top of a Dole Tropical Gold pineapple, a small variety of pineapple which is really yummy and sweet.
To show you how small it is, I placed my husband's Parker ball pen beside it.
