I went to Hongkong May 10-14. My two friends and I rode the Peak Tram in Central to reach The Peak (Victoria Peak). On our way to the Peak Tram station, we saw so many Mercedes Benzes, BMWs, Mini-Coopers, Peugeots, Range Rovers...I think more than half the cars were luxury cars. On the way to the Peak, we passed by luxury condos, and I even saw a house with a Porsche SUV, Ferrari and Mercedes Benz parked in its garage. Then I saw this graffiti on the wall of a condo in Central.The Lord Jesus said, "Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions." (Luke 12:15)
I will never forget this sight at Canton Road: people lining up to get into the Louis Vuitton store.
