Finally, a pineapple fruit!
Around 20 months ago we planted pineapple tops (from grocery-store pineapples) in the garden of my parents' home.
I finally found a fruit on one of the plants! Woohoo!

HAHAHA. :) Yes, this is where we planted those pineapple tops we ate in 2006. every pineapple top is a plant. You get a free bromeliad (pineapple plants are from the bromeliad family) with the fruit!
